Who we are. TLPS Radio (radio.tlps.in) is run by Vesahe Film Solutions Private Limited, CIN [CIN], [registered office] (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What you get.

The live station plays every song in full, free.
In the library, each song plays as a 1-minute preview.
You can unlock a song in full by offering Laxmi (a one-time payment per song), by buying a Pro pass, or by listening when it plays on the live station.
Unlocks and passes are tied to your device's pass ID. Keep the pass ID shown in the app to move it to another device. We cannot restore a pass we cannot identify.
Pro passes run for the period bought (31 or 366 days) and do not renew automatically. A donation at or above the amount shown earns a one-year Pro pass.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay or by UPI; we never see your card details.

AI-made music. The music and vocals of these songs were produced with AI music tools from lyrics and compositions written by people. Voices are not real singers unless a song says so.

Our content. The songs, lyrics, posters and site belong to us or our contributors. You may listen and share links. You may not download, copy, record, re-upload or use the songs to train AI models. To use a song in your own work, use the “Use” button and get a written licence first.

Your content. Comments, names, reactions and messages you post stay yours. You give us a free, worldwide licence to show them on the site and in promotion of the songs, and you confirm you have the right to post them. We may remove anything that breaks the Community Guidelines.

Not allowed. Breaking the law; harassing others; posting someone else's personal data; spam; trying to get around the preview limit, the pass system or our security.

Limits. The service is provided as it is. Live audio may stop for maintenance. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes and law. We may update these terms and will show the date of the change on this page. Indian law applies. Courts at [city] have jurisdiction.
